Shipping & Returns

Every order ships free within the United States via USPS Priority Mail from our workshop in Long Island City, New York. We currently ship within the United States only and are working to expand to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to stay in touch.

For Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order items, due to the custom nature, returns are not accepted. We offer an additional alteration fitting if you require any adjustments to your Made-to-Measure garment.

For ready-to-ship items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to our team. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item.

For Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order items, exchanges are not accepted.

For ready-to-ship items, if the fit isn't perfect, we offer free exchanges on all domestic orders. Simply reach out to us with your order number and preferred size, and we will arrange the exchange for you. Our team is always available to help with sizing questions before you order — we would rather get it right the first time.
