Orders & Shipping
Domestic orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail from our workshop on Long Island, New York.
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping to additional countries. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in touch.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website. If you have any issues with tracking, please reach out to us directly.
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
Product & Sizing
In person or virtual. For best experience, make an appointment at our tailoring facility in Long Island City, conveniently located 2 stops from midtown Manhattan or 15 minutes from LaGuardia Airport. Appointments are about 30 minutes. For virtual fittings, we will send instructions on how we get your measurements. Standard Made-to-Measure delivery is 4 weeks, but reach out if you need your outfit expedited for an upcoming event.
Since we make everything in house at our Long Island City facility, if you are based in the NYC area we can deliver a Made-to-Measure outfit within 5 business days for an additional rush service. Please reach out to discuss further with our team.
Care & Quality
Suiting & Tailored Garments
We recommend lightly steaming your garment after each wear to maintain its shape and finish. While our suiting is dry clean only, cleaning should be done sparingly and only when necessary. Excessive dry cleaning can degrade the natural fibers and oils that give fine cloth its character.
For ongoing care, steaming is preferred.
If you are nearby, we welcome you to visit our Long Island City atelier, where we offer complimentary coffee and hand pressing for all FERRARA suiting.
The Oxford Shirt
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
Our Oxford cloth is designed to be low-maintenance, developing a soft, lived-in drape over time.
Returns & Exchanges
For Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order items, due to the custom nature, returns are not accepted. We offer an additional alteration fitting if you require any adjustments to your Made-to-Measure garment.
For ready-to-ship items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
For Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order items, exchanges are not accepted.
For ready-to-ship items, if the fit isn't perfect, we offer free exchanges on all domestic orders. Simply reach out to us with your order number and preferred size, and we will arrange the exchange for you.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
