Domestic orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail from our workshop on Long Island, New York.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to Canada typically takes 7–10 business days. We are working to expand our shipping to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website. If you have any issues with tracking, please reach out to us directly.

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. Canadian orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Our shirts are cut in a modern regular fit — not boxy, not slim. The shoulder seam sits precisely at the shoulder point, the chest offers comfortable room without excess fabric, and the body tapers gently to a clean hem. Most customers find our sizing true to fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more tailored look.

We use a proprietary Oxford cloth sourced from heritage mills. The fabric is medium-weight with a substantial hand that softens beautifully over time. Each shirt is enzyme-washed before shipping — not to simulate age, but to begin a natural softening process that continues with every wear and wash.

We offer five considered colors: White, Blue, Ecru, Pink, and Navy. These are the essential Oxford shirt colors — timeless, versatile, and designed to work together as a complete wardrobe. We occasionally release limited seasonal shades.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Our Oxford cloth is designed to be low-maintenance — it looks best with a soft, lived-in drape. If you prefer a crisper look, iron on medium heat while slightly damp.

Our shirts are constructed to last for years. The reinforced seams, quality buttons, and durable Oxford cloth are chosen specifically for longevity. With proper care, your shirt will only improve with age — developing a soft, broken-in character that cannot be replicated.

Every Ferrara shirt is cut and sewn in our family workshop on Long Island, New York. We know our cutters, our sewers, and our pressers by name. There are no overseas factories or anonymous production lines.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Absolutely. If the fit isn't perfect, we offer free exchanges on all domestic orders. Simply reach out to us with your order number and preferred size, and we will arrange the exchange for you.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
